Shipping policy

Please read carefully before placing your order.

 

PREMADE

Premade (in-stock) items are processed and shipped within 3–4 days.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will have a 3-4 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-4 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-4 days for you to receive your order.  

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

HIGH VOLUME PERIOD

During restocks, drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

 

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

 

Pre-orders require extended processing time and ship separately from premade items.
